Referral Program Rules

These Referral Program Rules govern AviaSkill's refer-a-friend program (the "Program"), operated by YMI Digital LLC, doing business as AviaSkill. By sharing your referral link or signing up through one, you agree to these rules. They work alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Flight instructors referring students participate under the separate Instructor Affiliate Program Terms instead of the reward described here.

How It Works

• Your friend's discount. Someone who signs up through your referral link gets 20% off their first payment. The discount is applied automatically at their first checkout — no code to type in.
• Your reward. When a friend you referred makes their first payment, you get 20% off your own subscription — and it stays off. Every additional friend who subscribes adds another 5%. The discount applies from your next billing cycle onward, for as long as your subscription is active. If you're not subscribed when a friend converts, the reward is held and applied automatically once your own paid subscription starts — including if you come back for a later rating.
• Reward cap. Referral rewards stack up to 100% off, reached at 17 referrals. Friends can keep using your link after that — they still get their discount.

Attribution

• One referrer per account, set at sign-up. A referral counts only when someone creates a new account through your link. Attribution is permanent and cannot be claimed retroactively for an existing account.
• New customers only. Rewards are earned only when the referred person becomes a paying subscriber for the first time.
• One discount at a time. Your friend's referral discount applies to their first payment and is not combinable with other promotional codes on the same checkout. On your side, your referral reward replaces any other discount standing on your subscription rather than compounding with it.

Prohibited Conduct

The Program rewards genuine recommendations. The following may result in reversal of rewards, forfeiture of discounts, and removal from the Program:

• Referring yourself or creating additional accounts to claim rewards.
• Posting referral links on coupon or deal sites, referral-exchange forums, or through spam or unsolicited messages.
• Misrepresenting AviaSkill, its pricing, or its features to induce sign-ups.
• Any attempt to manipulate attribution or the reward system.

Changes to the Program

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program or change these rules — including discount amounts and the reward cap — at any time, at our discretion. Changes apply going forward: discounts and rewards that have already been applied are unaffected.
